Programming is currently women-led and women-focused. Thoughtful inclusion of men may be introduced over time.

Members get access to monthly meetings, leadership conversations, and a trusted community. We facilitate discussions around leadership topics, bring in guest speakers, and create space for shared learning.
The mentorship piece happens peer to peer. You'll talk through challenges with other founders navigating the same territory, working through problems alongside people who get it because they're living it too.
As the organization grows, we'll develop resources intentionally. Down the line, The Vault may bring in educators or professionals to create materials that align with the mission. We're building that library based on what members actually need as the community tells us what's useful.

Membership dues support the ongoing operations and programming of The Vault, including monthly meetings, leadership education, facilitation, technology, and administrative costs. Membership dues are not charitable donations and are not tax-deductible.
Membership provides access to participation, education, and community. It does not include professional services or guaranteed outcomes.

In addition to its educational mission, The Vault may support other nonprofits and community initiatives through partnerships, collective giving efforts, and education-driven fundraising events. Participation in philanthropic initiatives is optional and designed to create thoughtful, long-term impact.

Donor contributions directly support The Vault’s mission to provide education, leadership development, and community impact initiatives. Funds may be used to support programming, educational content, mission-aligned events, operational costs, and partnerships that further the organization’s charitable purpose.
The Vault does not use donor funds to provide individual services, private coaching, or personal benefits.
